Hendersonville Real Estate Activity through April 2014

So far 2014 is starting out pretty much like 2013, slightly better than the previous year. Through 4 months in 2013 Henderson County had 447 residential transactions. This year 472 a 6% increase. The better part of the numbers is that the average sale price rose to $218,446. You are hearing things all over the place talking about how the market is changing and rebounding... and it is just not as robust as the talking heads want to make it. We are a sound market and hopefully the increases will keep happening. If you have been waiting to buy it is time to make that move. The interest rates remain low. Feel free to contact me at Rory@RoryMolnar.com if you are looking for more stats or want to know what the currant value of your home is. Please don't trust the estimates that you find all over the place.
